Tobias Hofmänner
Physics lab technician, with a background in physics, engineering, and product development. Tobias leads the formulation work: what’s in the system, why it’s there, and how it has to behave in use.
Martina Fink
Architect and interior designer, with an IT background. Martina works the design and construction side: how the surfaces sit in a room, how they meet the rest of the building, and how the system has to perform in daily use.
Conrad Kenway
Real estate, sales, and project development. Conrad reads the market: what owners and developers ask about first, and what the material has to deliver commercially.
